Shipping & Delivery policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery period varies between 4-15 days, depending on the region ordered in and other situational or non avoidable circumstances.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a Whatsapp & email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fromthestreets.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return/ Replacement Policy
We have a 3-day RETURN/REPLACE policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a RETURN/REPLACEMENT, in case of wrong product received or different size required (one order can be replaced only once).
After a replacement is confirmed, a reverse pickup is arranged and once delivered to us and has passed the quality check after it your replacement product is processed, the support team then provide you with payment link for replacement amount due, once payment is completed, your replacement item is dispatched.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As we do not have private delivery courier and we work with third party company, they charges us for reverse pickup and again sending of new item, the customer has to pay the logistics in case of size replacement, and it has to be paid before dispatch of replacement article. Although if the product delivered is wrong or damaged then customer do not have to bear any logistics cost.
If in any case, reverse pickup is not available via any courier partner for 3 days, then customer has to ship back the order himself and share the booking proof on communication channel, on such cases logistics won't be charged to customer.
RETURNS BRINGS FOLLOWING CHARGES:
25% of MRP the of the product.
All shipping charges occured with the shipment.
COD charges (only if different design is required in replacement)
ONCE A ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT IS DONE NO RETURN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ON THAT ORDER
NOTE: PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER PROMOTIONAL OFFERS WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR REPLACED.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds & Cancellations
REFUNDS WILL BE INITIATED ONCE ALL PROCEDURE AND DEDUCTIONS MENTIONED IN RETURN POLICY HAS BEEN DULY CALCULATED AND SHARED WITH THE CUSTOMER.
ANY PREPAID ORDER IF CANCELLED WILL BRING SAME CHARGES.
